their is only one religion that is pleasing to god as their is one truth, but you must understand that god is a god of mercy. if he were to flat out level anyone who has ever been wrong about something, there would be no one left, and nor would it be just because people learn their habits from their parents, but it is up to the children to "see" the good and evil that is in their parents and decide which is the right way to go for themselves.



children of wealthy parents will usually do one of two things, they will either reject their parents wealth and go their own way under consequence of those parents potentially not supporting them, loving parents will continue to support their children as they should view themselves as responsible for their upbringing, whereas parents that reject their children god will assist.(this is a generality, there are always lots of in betweens)



other children of wealthy parents will (either unknowingly or otherwise) see that they have an advantage of believing what their parents believe (and may even believe that their parents are right, though surely many are motivated by ulterior motives) and those parents will bless that child financially, giving that person a "hand up" in life.



god calls out the righteous from among all nations, and a righteous muslim (saladin? i think was a muslim during the time of the crusades who was a seemingly honorable man http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saladin ) and honors those who follow the spirit of christ. when christ spoke of acknowledging his name, he said "if you love me you will do what i say"



this means that there is such a thing as natural wisdom, which is to say, observance of human behavior and seeing the consequences of actions, and choosing the path of wisdom which is to understand how and when to act. this is why some muslims can be very convinced that christianity is wrong, because they have wisdom but the only thing they fail to realize is that it comes from christ (and since god understands that they are raised muslim, he does not judge them for it)

All those quotes are not about religion or about G-d. Any religion is pleasing to Him. He does not care how you believe in him, as long as you believe. The organized religions are the correct religions for the people who need them. The believers who just believe and never go to church are just as correct as anyone else. G-d gave us free will and do not require anything in return. What I believe is correct for me, what you believe is correct for you. Nothing I can say can change your mind about faith or religion and nothing you can say can change my believes either. I accept your choices unequivocally and without reservation. I don't know when Lincoln said that, but he certainly was a man of vision.



With modern technology, a man desiring to catch hares would probably set

traps and catch both or more. Sometimes man does solve age old problems

and advances civilization.



I think God is pleased when ever man turns to the Holy Spirit for help in learning

his lessons here on earth. All religions are a work in progress and are inspired by

Holy Spirit to get us headed back to God"s reality. Usually referred to as

"Awakening" . It will dawn on each of us because it is God's Will.
