What is a stumbling block?
What is a stone that can be used for the Glory of God, called?
Oh and when the thief enters, do you ask for Credentials,
before you let him pull you over?
Or do you just fall for it all? When the House of God is divided what happens? What divides the house?
Negative energy only breeds more of the same.
A stumbling block is a boulder in the road. We can choose to walk around it. :D
Christ is my 'Rock!
1 Corinthians 10:4
And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
Where your treasures are there will your heart be also. The things of this life are temporal but the things of God last forever
Matthew 6:19
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon the earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal.
They can have it all! I will walk away and still be wealthier than the richest man in the world! :D
Matthew 5: 39-48
Take my life too!
Matthew 10:28
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul:
I 'fall' for nothing but, for God himself. Otherwise, I do not waiver - not one little bit! :D
Peace and Blessings
(((SDWL)))When the House of God is divided what happens? What divides the house?
When the house of God is divided, it loses focus and starts to sink as Peter did when he was invited out on the water with Jesus. Jealousy, fear and all those things of the devil can divide a congregation. Forces like hate, jealousy, fear, confusion and lies are examples of stumbling blocks. A stone that can be used for the glory of God isn't physical, but a principality. The thief enters by bringing hate, fear, jealousy, etc. You cannot see the thief nor ask for credentials because the devil's a force, not a person. When the House of God is divided what happens? What divides the house?
When the house of God is divided, we are indeed divided, and so we're really just messing with the real message, like the Mormons, and the Jehovah's witnesses. They think they're doing Gods work, but they're way off.
Two words: Conflict. Self-Interest.
In that order.
