I don't see why the Republicans are kissing the T-Parties asp. This short term vote wooing will surely be a long term detriment to them. I'd show more respect to the GOP if they stood up against them and severed any connections. They are just like adolescents that want everything their way 100% even if they don't understand the consequences. The economy is largely driven by perception and confidence. Show a little faith that we can recover and work towards it. Not run and hide and sacrifice your futures like a bunch of chickens. I still believe in Obama's plans, get health care costs under control, educate our brightest and apply the knowledge to tomorrows technology. The concept of public health care is much like the Unions approach. They have to deal with you if you stand as one. SS is fine, not a problem, especially after us baby boomers are gone. Medicare is the only civilized approach. Trim it but keep it. It's a privilege but it's a duty that we look after our elderly. And the argument that you can afford your own medical coverage and don't feel you need to contribute to the system is a selfish one. Just count your blessings that you are so well off.

So I guess what I am saying is if you don't want to contribute to schools or medicare you can always move.Is the house GOP a House divided against itself and will it fall in 2012?
If the House Republicans continue to infight between the mainstream and the Tea Party they will do little but implode and give the people a great deal to gripe about. Independents are not thrilled with the Tea Party and the more the mainstream Republicans give in to them the more Independents they will lose to Obama. Will the House go back to being Democratic? Very possibly, if this keeps up. Americans don't like extremists - whether they are on the right or left.
There is a struggle. It seems that would be normal, considering the tea party is pressing the fiscal Conservative issue back into the GOP. remember, the liberals have whined and whined about the big spending of the GOP past. Well, here is your chance to see that change.
