Why did JC call 5 books of Moses "five in one house divided"?

Luke 12:52

For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided,

three against two, and two against three. Why did JC call 5 books of Moses "five in one house divided"?
That's not what Jesus was talking about in context. Like, it's not even remotely close to what He was talking about. he was talking about how belief in Him would cause division, as in some people in a household would believe while others would not causing strife between them.

Seriously, read what comes before and what comes after the quote you supplied, you'll see what I am talking about. Why did JC call 5 books of Moses "five in one house divided"?
Is this about the Pentateuch?

Is it not that Jesus is telling his followers that his influence will be so great that people will be divided in their opinions about him, just as you see people here disagreeing about the significance of christianity
